Delayed Discord

Choose peace now and postpone stressful conversations until later. Find a way that will be helpful to postpone it and write it down…what would make you feel the frustration subside and put you at peace until the matter can be properly addressed and given the appropriate attention? Write that down. What can possibly be done while waiting for that day to come? Suggestion: In the interim, scan yourself. Focus on YOU first, where YOU can do better, why YOU are angry or upset or feeling those emotions you are feeling. Identify your own roots. Take it to God and ask him to heal those areas and help you express them to your partner. Identify the frustrations that you think your partner may have and determine possible solutions. Then return on a day chosen to tackle that discussion.
