Ray Mercer

Ray Mercer is a former professional boxer, kickboxer, and mixed martial artist whose professional career ran for 20 years, from 1989 to 2009. Although he was skilled in several sports, he is most known for his boxing career, winning a heavyweight gold medal at the 1988 Summer Olympics and later holding the WBO heavyweight title from 1991 to 1992. While he has an outstanding boxing career, he made a huge impact on the mixed martial arts world, scoring an incredible knockout win over a former two-time UFC heavyweight champion.
