Is Your Child College-Bound and Ready to See What’s Possible?
Our StrongHome HBCU-Go Tour is a life-changing opportunity for students to experience Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) firsthand. While scholarship and grant support will be prioritized for students impacted by the California wildfires, this tour is open to all students who wish to apply.
Tour Dates: October 12–19, 2025
Tour Stops:
Clark Atlanta • Morehouse • Spelman • NC A&T • Howard University
Representation Matters
Students are empowered when they see leaders, innovators, and scholars who look like them achieving success in powerful positions and higher education. For many young people, stepping onto an HBCU campus is the first time they witness an environment where Black excellence is celebrated at every level—professors, administrators, alumni, and student leaders alike.
This exposure helps students imagine new possibilities for themselves, build confidence in their own path, and realize they belong in spaces of influence, leadership, and innovation.
The HBCU Go Tour is more than a trip, it’s a work/study journey. Students will have structured time to complete schoolwork while traveling, and StrongHome partners with schools and teachers to ensure academic progress is maintained.
