BIO:
Jeff Reed began his entrepreneurial journey at a young age, earning his first million by the age of 19 after selling his first company. Now regarded as a serial entrepreneur, Jeff has more than 20 years of experience in successful business development across multiple industries. He is recognized for his strategic ability to identify organizational challenges and implement innovative, results-driven solutions that enhance growth and efficiency.
In addition to serving as Vice President and Co-Founder of Onexium Corporation, an Ohio-based company specializing in textile manufacturing and metal fabrication, Jeff is also the Chief Strategy Officer of Solas Inc., a technology company that develops websites, mobile and web applications, OTT streaming platforms, and cutting-edge XR technologies (AR, VR, and MR).
Over the past decade, Jeff has played a pivotal role in launching and scaling dozens of businesses and has provided consulting services to hundreds of entrepreneurs and business owners. He holds a degree from the New York Film Academy, where he graduated from the Director’s Program. Beyond business, Jeff is passionate about community development and youth empowerment. He has served as a youth leader, developed teen communication programs such as TeenTalk, and faithfully led family life groups focused on strengthening family dynamics.
Jeff is a Certified Marriage Coach trained in Psychological First Aid and Trauma-Informed Care, equipping him to support individuals and families through both personal and relational challenges with compassion and insight. Jefff and his wife Melissa, co-founded StrongHome Network, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to strengthen individuals and families, beginning within the entertainment industry and extending into communities across California and beyond. Together, they have led the creation of multiple programs, including the TeenTalk youth group, which serves over 50 students in Altadena and Pasadena, a Youth Entrepreneurship program teaching financial literacy and business-building skills, and the Stronger Than Fire Marriage Survival Program. Following the 2025 Eaton Wildfires, Jeff and Melissa helped establish three large essential distribution hubs in Altadena and Pasadena, mobilize over 700 volunteers, and deliver more than $10 million in in-kind essentials to families affected by the California wildfires. They also facilitate marriage and family enrichment events within the community.
